Workshops
Our interactive workshops are conducted via Zoom and run approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, designed for smaller groups seeking a more hands-on learning experience. While covering the same evidence-based topics as our speaking presentations, workshops provide deeper engagement through interactive exercises, group discussions, and practical application opportunities. Each workshop concludes with a dedicated Q&A session, allowing participants to address specific workplace challenges and receive personalized guidance. This format ensures participants leave with actionable strategies they can implement immediately in their workplace
